Anna Krefta, MD

A specialist in Rheumatology and Internal Medicine. She has 12 years of clinical experience gained at the Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology of the Military Institute of Medicine (WIM), where she is involved on a daily basis in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with rheumatic diseases.

She has twice been awarded the Minister of Health Award for achieving the highest score in Poland in the national specialty examination — in Internal Medicine and in Rheumatology.

She has experience in managing drug programmes involving biologic therapies for rheumatic diseases.

She is also a lecturer at medical universities, including the Medical University of Warsaw and Lazarski University.

In addition, she performs consultative musculoskeletal ultrasound examinations, ultrasound of the temporal arteries, and capillaroscopy.
