Master Psychologist Klaudia Markiewicz – a graduate of SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, and a certified dietitian, having obtained her qualifications from the Polish Institute of Dietetics. She has also completed training in QEEG Biofeedback. Currently, she is developing her expertise in clinical sexology, expanding her competencies in the field of sexual health.
She has completed a specialized training program in sexology for children and adolescents (ages 0–18), which deepened her understanding of psychosexual development in young people and the challenges faced by children and their caregivers.
In her everyday work, Klaudia supports adults, children, adolescents, and families in overcoming emotional, developmental, and parenting difficulties. She also provides nutrition therapy for children struggling with food selectivity or challenges in their relationship with food, helping families restore peace and balance around meals.
Her approach is interdisciplinary – combining psychological, dietetic, and sexological knowledge to view a person holistically. She helps clients understand the connections between emotions and the body, between what is psychological and what is physiological. She supports children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety disorders, eating difficulties, emotional development, relationships, and identity issues. Klaudia also offers psychoeducation for parents who want to better understand their children’s needs and support them with empathy.
