Leszek Bęc MB, PhD

A physician with over 25 years of clinical experience gained in renowned medical centers in Poland, Germany, and Switzerland. A graduate of the Second Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw (currently the Medical University of Warsaw). In 2004, he obtained a PhD in pediatric cardiac surgery. He is the laureate of the first edition of the Professor Zbigniew Religa Award, granted by the Foundation for the Development of Cardiac Surgery.

He specializes in cardiac surgery, with many years of experience gained at institutions including the Universitäts-Herzzentrum Freiburg-Bad Krozingen and St. John's Hospital in Dortmund, as well as the Herz-Neuro-Zentrum Bodensee. He has also served as a cardiac surgery consultant at the University of Zurich. In his professional practice, he is also involved in vascular surgery, general surgery, and intensive postoperative care.
