She also conducts nutritional therapy for people with metabolic and autoimmune disorders, including insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes and Hashimoto’s disease.
She combines the perspectives of dietetics and psychology, focusing on an interdisciplinary approach to health and on the psychological determinants of changing eating habits. In her clinical and teaching work, she draws on the latest findings in neurobiology, epigenetics and the psychology of motivation.
For over 8 years she has been working with patients in the field of clinical dietetics, combining practical experience with academic activity. As a lecturer, she teaches courses in clinical dietetics, emphasizing the application of current scientific research and the integration of theoretical knowledge with practice. She is an advocate of a holistic approach to health, in which lifestyle and nutrition form the foundation of physical and mental well-being.
